SOCIAL GOVERNANCE
We design, develop and implement improved approaches to corporate governance, regulation, risk management and compliance that deliver better and more socially responsible public facing services.

Services have been provided to well over 500 businesses ranging from UK based firms of solicitors, legal executives and insolvency practitioners, to online and land-based gambling businesses with UK and global operations.

Our Founder and Managing Director, Paul Carpenter has developed and implemented improved approaches to public facing services provided by UK Government Departments, Professional Membership bodies, such as The Law Society and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), and industry regulators in legal services, insolvency services and gambling. Services provided included developing and implementing new approaches to risk-based regulation.
n 2019 Paul was recognised for his work in developing and delivering socially responsible products and services by the International Compliance Association (ICA) when he was presented with the award for outstanding achievement upon completing the ICA Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. ​

SAFER GAMBLING
Our Founder and Managing Director
Paul Carpenter is an expert in gambling industry compliance assessment, quality standards development and implementation.
Paul has led compliance and standards assessments to a broad range of gambling businesses that operate in both online and land-based environments, including many of world's largest gambling businesses. Paul's particular focus is on assessing the approaches gambling businesses have to customer protection.

In 2018 GamCare was looking to refresh its gambling industry focused social responsibility certification product. Having developed and led on the UK Gambling Commission's process of corporate evaluation, Paul approached GamCare with a proposal to develop a Safer Gambling Quality Standard.
​
Paul subsequently designed, developed and implemented the B2C and B2B Safer Gambling Quality Standards, the leading social responsibility quality standards for the gambling industry which assess how gambling companies protect their customers.
​
Paul remained with GamCare as a Consultant to its Safer Gambling Team until the end of 2024. Paul is now focused on continuing to support the best licensed and regulated gambling businesses who believe in putting safer gambling at the heart of their business operations.

SAFER GAMES
We began our game development journey in 2020 by starting work on producing two different versions of our Goalscorer game for mobile, Goalscorer Training Edition and Goalscorer Tournament. Since then we have updated those games and added a third 'Fire and Ice' version. We have been gradually improving the games with a view to developing premium versions in conjunction with charity and commercial partners.
Our Goalscorer games use a game mechanic called 'Your Strategy Game'. which is the world's first fully customisable strategy game.
Goalscorer looks similar in design to classic games such as Chess, but has some surprises thrown in which gives less experienced players a chance of beating more experienced opponents.

The game is aimed at casual gamers and football teams/businesses who would like the game customised in their own colours.
​
We also offer advice and guidance to the video games industry on how to reduce any negative impacts on players from features in games that may be harmful..
